Key Responsibilities
- Service Desk Operations: Act as the first point of contact via phone, email, and chat, providing a “Customer First” experience through triage and initial support.
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or elevate complex cases to Level 2 & Level 3 Technicians with comprehensive documentation.
- User Lifecycle Management: Execute onboarding/offboarding tasks and “Out-of-Box” setups for new workstations and user accounts.
