Our Club Travel division is looking for an ITC Accounts Admin Clerk to join the team!
(This is a Fixed Term Contract)
About the role
To render a backup administration service to the ITC Administrators by efficiently managing and executing various duties and functions.
Key Responsibilities
An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role.
- Managing the download and preparation of daily Qlik Reports
- Double checking that all invoices are invoiced correctly from ClubHub via TCC
- Resolving Club Travel Glyde queries
- ClubHub Wallet reconciliation and queries
- Backup ITC Administrators when needed
- Execution of any other functions assigned within the department
- Assist with special projects/the implementation of projects
- General Administration
