Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking Netflix users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, and explaining Netflix features and offerings.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries promptly to ensure a positive viewing experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Netflix product updates, policies, and industry trends.
