An employer is looking for a Business Analyst for a logistics customer in Philadelphia area. The customer is searching for a strong BA to join their Warehouse Management Systems group to serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT teams in order to provide solutions to meet user requests. They will be responsible for gathering in-depth technical requirements and translating those requests to the application teams who is implementing a new internal application into the client's environment. This candidate will manage the full life-cycle of the request from start to finish, including retrieving the request via the change portal, reaching out to the business to fully understand/qualify the request, bring it back to the IT teams, get the funding approved, work with the dev teams and testing teams, then ultimately ensuring the request is successfully executed.
