Position Overview
General Description
Responsible for reviewing, procuring and/or onboarding of IT providers’ goods and services to ensure compliance with IT risk parameters and achieve IT projects goals. This includes supporting IT operational risk evaluations and contract analysis to ensure the completion of sourcing processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure IT Vendor requirements, scope and objectives align with Popular’s requirements.Review and/or suggest modifications to Vendor documentation to ensure alignment with established requirements.Actively lead communications with business areas to assure oversight requirements for sourcing of goods and services from IT providers are met.Participate in forums with IT providers to align statuses of strategic initiatives.Lead the contracting process of IT goods and services alongside corresponding risk areas to ensure complianc...
