Our company is seeking an experienced IT Training Lead to design and deliver impactful learning programs that strengthen technology adoption, improve user proficiency, and support key business initiatives. This role will lead the development of role-based IT training, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot, AI enablement, and cybersecurity awareness. The ideal candidate is a strategic training professional who can translate technical concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences across multiple formats. Based on general knowledge.


Key Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and deliver role-based IT training programs in instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.

+ Lead the Microsoft Copilot and AI training strategy, including onboarding, advanced use cases, responsible AI usage, and ongoing user enablement. Based on general knowledge.
