Support the Trust and Central Team by:
To provide high quality technical support for staff and pupils/students.
Work proactively and reactively to maintain reliable technical services working handsβon to provide appropriate solutions.
Contribute to the delivery of an outstanding and robust IT Service across the Trust.
Ensure that the IT service is compliant with relevant legislation, statutory guidance, best practice and Trust policies.
Work as part of the Team to support schools to deliver quality educational provisions, End User Computing service and to ensure that the Trustβs objectives are met.
Operate the IT Service ticketing system to ensure that all calls are dealt with to a satisfactory resolution.
Providing outstanding customer service to pupils and staff β detecting, diagnosing and resolving faults ensuring all systems and infrastructure are operational...
