Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for technical issues involving computer systems, software applications, networks, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
- Conduct regular audits of IT equipment to ensure assets are well-documented, updated, and in working order.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with relevant data security and protection policies.
- Execute regular system checks, updates, backups, backup-checks and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
