Position Overview

Job Description
My client is a well-established IT firm who offers highly effective, reliable and affordable IT for businesses across the UK, and have been doing this since 2002. They are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to join their team based in Hampshire. 
The successful candidate will need to have at-least two years experience working in an IT Technician role and should be able to work independently and as part of a team. 
Position Requirements:
Manage and support the SME clients IT hardware & networks

Attend client sites within Hampshire, Sussex & Surrey (Pool car is provided)

To provide remote and telephone-based support

Build rapport with existing and new clients

Provide first class technical support to client accounts at all times

Ability to keep up with new technology and knowledge
