Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices.
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
Perform onsite service at clients' locations as and when required.
Support RMA and customer service.
Ensure full compliance to Company and Apple standards, requirements and regulations at all times.
To undertake any-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
