Role: IT Tech Support Analyst

Direct Responsibilities

• Use your technical expertise to support the Team in ongoing activities
• Application setups and interface configurations
• Assist with issues analysis, troubleshooting and fix
• Monitor and maintain stable application platforms in DEV, SIT, QA, UAT, STG and Prod
• Aligning with Project Team for technical tasks related to project delivery
• Analyze, Track and manage Production Incidents/problem tickets
• Co-ordinate with Development team for issue fixes, delivery, testing and deployment to Production
• Change Request preparation and related tasks
• Analyze and Manage dependencies within different components and systems
