Description
Summary:The IT Tech Analyst serves primarily as a project team member in the review of project, design, and technical deliverables.


Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Update and maintain technical documentation for projects and assignments using the appropriate tools and deliverables.

+ Proactively researches, identifies, and resolves issues and/or code as necessary.

+ Participates in the implementation of software programs, platform solutions, etc.

+ Participate in release activities and on-call rotations as needed.

+ Part of a team that is involved in code reviews and unit testing efforts.

+ Works with team to respond to and answer questions generated by internal IT teams.

+ Creates and maintains automated test scripts, system documentation, run books, and/or manuals.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
