IT Systems Engineer (Tier 2) – Onsite

A skilled IT Systems Engineer is sought to deliver onsite support and lead infrastructure implementations across client environments. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with structured IT project execution and service management.

Key Focus Areas:

• Advanced desktop, server, and network support


• Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization deployments


• IT project implementation: onboarding, configuration, and tool rollout


• ITIL/COBIT5-aligned service delivery: risk, release, and configuration management


• Scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and automation


• Professional client support and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years’ technical support and field experience


• CompTIA A+, N+, MCSA or equivalent (AZ900/MS900)


• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure exposure
