Overview:

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, review design components and identify ways that the processes need to change to streamline business and IT operations. This role supports departments to create dashboards that streamline reporting and can give accurate feedback on operations and performance. This role also assists in training staff to implement any system changes and developments.
