Handle support requests via phone, email, chat, and web forms
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of IT products and systems
Clearly communicate solutions in professional English (written and verbal)
Accurately document all service requests in internal systems
Participate in meetings, trainings, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Educational foundation : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Technical proficiency : Strong background in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, with solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
Systems management : Proven ability to install, configure, and maintain servers, storage solutions, and enterprise applications.
