IT Systems Manager

Role Summary
We are hiring an IT Systems Manager based in India who will own and operate our internal IT systems across the US and India. This role supports US executives, US call center operations, and India based admin and back office teams.
The core requirement is deep, hands on experience with Microsoft 365 environments  and real world migration experience , such as Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Migration experience is required because it proves system level ownership, planning, and execution.
This is not a helpdesk only role. You are responsible for system architecture, security, user access, reliability, and day to day operational support.
