Engage closely with overseas business teams to understand and map their business requirements across customer management, sales processes, and after-sales service
Evaluate and recommend suitable CRM products or solutions based on business needs (including but not limited to Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.)
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to drive the implementation and delivery of third-party solutions
Build custom business applications using intelligent tools and platforms for scenarios that off-the-shelf products cannot address, including automated workflows, smart reports, and data dashboards
Participate in the evaluation, assessment, and adoption of the company's CRM system, and produce requirement analysis and selection recommendation reports
Continuously optimize digital workflows for overseas businesses and drive digital transformation across business functions
