JD for System Administrator
The main purpose of the role is to support the system administration part to carry out day to day task of troubleshooting and deployments as scheduled. This role reports into the Local SHE IT manager and Global ITS workplace team and works closely with different stakeholders to ensure smooth running IT/IS operation.
Core Mission:
. Support L1/L2 incidents or request raised end user. . Deploy new computer images as companies' standard using SCCM . Co-Ordination with suppliers on parts replacement or repair activity . Update all computer asset in CMDB or keep tracking asset in excel as per companies' guidelines . Support network related incident raised . Support all L1/L2 ticket raised .
