Role overview
You'll work closely with a small, experienced group of IT professionals providing high-quality, customer-focused IT support to end users across the EMEA region.

The role is hands-on and varied. Support is delivered face to face, remotely, and through collaboration with global IT teams. You'll handle day-to-day support, contribute to projects, and help keep our office and user environments running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, cares about user experience, has a can do / can learn attitude and wants to keep learning as technology evolves.
