IT Support Technician – Swanley area (occasional travel to other sites required) – must have a valid driving licence

I am working with client near Swanley in Kent / Greater London who are looking to recruit a friendly and experienced 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Technician / Technical Support for their busy in-house help desk. To support all users via remote technologies.

This Support Desk Technician salary ranges is paying £25.5k (22k basic / 3.5k car allowance).

As a Support Desk Technician you will be responsible for: 

Answering incoming helpdesk enquiries, and providing assistance to the 1st Line Support team to resolve customer issues
Offering in-house support to more complex IT / Network / VOIP issues
Server Configuration and monitoring
