As part of our growth, we are looking to add an IT Support Technician (Level 1) to our IT department.

What challenges will you take on in this role?
- You will resolve questions and issues related to hardware, software, networks, printing systems, and office tools.
- You will configure user accounts, emails, and access permissions for new hires in Microsoft 365.
- You will prepare, configure, and install computers, peripherals, and new workstations.
- You will provide on-site support to colleagues in both offices and production areas, managing support tickets.
- You will help monitor systems, perform preventive tasks, and provide basic network support.
- You will create and update simple technical guides to ensure knowledge is always accessible.
