As a member of the IT team, you will serve as the senior on-site technical escalation point, supporting complex incidents beyond first-line support. You will perform in-depth diagnostics, manage hardware lifecycle and IT assets, support local infrastructure, and contribute to technical improvement initiatives. A significant part of the role includes hands-on hardware preparation, onboarding support, and helping ensure a seamless end-user experience.
