Position Overview
Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users across Windows-based environments. This role will support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and administer core technologies including Active Directory and Microsoft 365. This is an onsite role in Tallahassee, FL.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, and printers
+ Support user account management in Active Directory (user creation, group membership, password resets)
+ Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
+ Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks (account provisioning, equipment setup, access changes)
+ Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in a ticketing system
