IT Support Technician (Level 1 & Level 2)
Overview
Our client is looking to add 2 IT Support Technicians at the Level 1 and Level 2 level. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of help desk support and hands-on field work.
This isn’t a sit-at-your-desk-all-day role—you’ll be supporting a variety of environments, gaining exposure to different technologies, and splitting your time between troubleshooting issues and onsite installs.
This position is primarily onsite/in-office in Manitowoc, WI, with some flexibility for occasional remote work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Help Desk Support:

+ Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues across phone, email, and ticketing systems

+ Troubleshoot a range of issues, including:

+ Password resets in Active Directory

+ Office 365 support

+ Printer, connectivity, and workstation issues
