Position Overview
What you will do:
- Provide first-line onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems across desktops, laptops, printers, and videoconferencing systems.
- Set up and configure new workplaces, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and deliver exceptional customer service.
What you bring & who you are:
- 3–5 years of experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Azure).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented approach to documentation.
