About the Role The IT Support Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of the companyβs IT systems in Cape Town office. This hands-on position is ideal for a proactive and technically skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced Fintech environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, managing network infrastructure, administering VoIP and CRM systems, and ensuring the day-to-day functionality of all IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on IT support to employees in Cape Town office (hardware, software, network troubleshooting).
Install, configure and maintain VoIP systems (e.g., 3CX, Asterisk)
