Position Overview
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries for internal staff who need technical assistance via the phone or email or in person Maintain daily performance of computer systems. Ensure every document are up to date and time to time housekeeping Walk users through problem-solving process. Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Install computer peripherals for users. Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved Assist in any ad-hoc task which assigned by immediate superior Proficient and familiar in Microsoft 365, Example :-
1) Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Admin Center / Microsoft Azure
2) Microsoft 365 applications and administration
3) Exchange Server
