Position Overview
Job Description IT Support - Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, email, printers, and network issues.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents promptly.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
Restaurant Systems Support - Support POS systems, payment terminals, kitchen display systems, and related applications.
- Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues affecting restaurant operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Infrastructure & Security - Maintain office and outlet networks, Wi-Fi, computers, and peripherals.
- Monitor system updates, antivirus protection, backups, and cybersecurity practices.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
