Job Role: IT Support
Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: up to $3340/month
Eligibility: Only Singaporeans
Responsibilities - Provide Level 1 support for users of the IT system/s, clarify and direct queries that require in-depth technical support to subject matter experts, track, and close queries in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance for User Account Management – guide users how to create / modify / delete user access.
- Provide assistance for User Account Review (UAR) – ensuring they conduct UAR on a timely manner.
- Provide basic onboarding of new division representatives for systems.
- Manage and coordinate with the system vendor for data requests
- Coordination of User Acceptance Testing prior to implementation of system enhancements/fixes.
- Support in other administrative duties which can include maintaining and updating of data.
