Requirements:
- Degree in IT/Cyber Security or equivalent.
- Certified in CompTIA A+, Azure Admin, AWS Solutions Architect, CCNA, ITIL, ScrumMaster, or Six Sigma.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or management, resolving issues in software, hardware, networking, and cloud environments.
