IT Support Technician / IT Manager

Well known IT specialist support company looking for an IT Support Technician/IT Manager role based in Cape Town to service local client base and assist with remote support across the country.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for CT operations of IT Company.
2. Telephone, Remote Support and onsite support at various locations around Cape Town.
3. Various installation types, from CCTV to networking, to computer/server setups.
4. Supporting in-house systems and creating SOPs/Documentation for client and HO.
5. Dealing with suppliers, procurement, quoting, and invoicing.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Good speaking and technical knowledge.
• A+, N+, and good Microsoft Windows knowledge.
• Good networking and wireless knowledge, cabling, and CCTV.
• Remote monitoring tools and remote support tools.
