1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Office Move (VIP Client)

We're looking for a proactive 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to support a high-profile office move for a VIP client.
You'll work closely with an in-house team to ensure a smooth transition, from setup through to post-move support.
The role:
Provide hands-on 1st & 2nd line support during the office move
Set up and configure IT equipment and troubleshoot issues in real time
Deliver post-move aftercare to ensure a seamless user experience
What we need:
Solid 1st / 2nd line support experience (desktop, O365, networking basics)
Previous office move / roll-out experience ideal
Exceptional customer service skills - confidence supporting senior/VIP stakeholders is essential
