Role Overview

We are looking for an active, dependable IT Support Executive to handle day-to-day L1 technical support across our offices. The role combines hands-on first-level troubleshooting with strong coordination skills - you‘ll be the first point of contact for users and the key link between our team and external software/hardware vendors.
