Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Operating Systems, MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, printers and peripheral devices.
Software installations and upgrades.
PC relocation and workstation setup.
Manage and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and accessories; monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance activities.
Support end-users through phone, email, and onsite visits.
Assist with IT infrastructure projects and implementation activities.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
