Position Overview
Job Summary The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This role ensures smooth operation of IT services and quick resolution of technical problems to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities - Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Maintain and update documentation of IT processes, systems, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts, email, and access permissions.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of software and hardware.
