Position Overview
Responsibilities: - Install and configure computer hardware and software applications for both new and existing users.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of IT equipment and liaise with software vendors for technical support when necessary.
- Provide technical support for IT-related issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets through the company's ticketing system.
- Regularly update and maintain the IT asset inventory.
- Ensure timely renewal of all IT-related maintenance contracts.
- Assist in compiling and providing documentation during internal or external audits.
- Handle the creation and deactivation of user accounts in Active Directory.
- Manage user access rights and file server permissions.
- Support and troubleshoot Local and Wide Area Networks, routers, internet connectivity, PCs, and system-related issues at all levels.
