This is a ground‑level IT support role that can be carried out largely remotely. However, applicants must live in or around Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and be able to reach our office promptly to provide hands‑on maintenance and support when needed.

We are looking for someone to monitor our systems, handle first‑line support requests from the team, and attend to hardware in person when required — including routine tasks such as restarting servers and workstations.

You’ll work closely with, and learn directly from, our Head of IT (Pipeline Engineer) and VP of Creative Operations. This is a genuine opportunity to grow your skills in a real production environment —you don't need years of experience, just solid fundamentals, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
