ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an expert when it comes to SAP Basis? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

If so, we are looking for an IT support analyst who will be working as part of the Group Functions Finance Team to manage large and complex SAP landscape with multiple systems in Zürich. The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

Manage and support multiple SAP systems

Perform patch updates, kernel upgrades and system upgrades to ensure the landscape is consistent

Troubleshoot incidents, debug SAP and Database (Oracle and HANA) and define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements

Monitor SAP performance, workload statistics, analysis and tuning
