Position Overview
Description
+ Provide day-to-day IT support for end users, including hardware, software, and ERP system issues
+ Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to desktops, laptops, applications, and system access
+ Support basic ERP functions (user access, data entry issues, navigation, and error troubleshooting)
+ Install, configure, and maintain software applications and user environments
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, printers, network connectivity, and common business applications
+ Assist with user account management (password resets, permissions, onboarding/offboarding)
+ Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system and knowledge base
+ Escalate complex technical or ERP-related issues to senior IT staff or vendors when needed
+ Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks
