Job Description
Maintaining SAP ERP incidence, Change request, SQL Query, Crystal Report, Authorization, and License.Maintaining network infrastructure, VLAN, Wireless interference, Internet, and VPN.Maintaining IP-Phone, ATA, Fixed line, and SIP Trunk.Maintaining data security firewall, endpoint security, and confidentiality.Maintaining physical and virtualization backup and restore.Establishing and managing IT policies and procedures.Maintaining Micosoft, Exchange, Team, SharePoint, OneDrive, and cloud services.Researching new IT technologies to determine feasibility and impact.Maintaining yearly budgets for IT departments and companies.Handling others as assigned.
