Key Responsibilities - Providing IT assistance to both internal office users and remote employees
- Training end‑users on hardware functionality and software programs
- Knowledge of firewalls, network printers and Wi‑Fi access points
- Knowledge in Google Workspace, Outlook, Windows and MacOS
- Perform daily audits of attendance logs to identify and resolve discrepancies
