Position Overview
- Support and drive the company's digital operations roadmap
- Provide hands-on support for IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and storage environments
- Participate in end-to-end IT projects (planning → delivery)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions
- Support shop floor systems, barcode devices, and production-related IT tools
- Administer and support Windows environments, Active Directory, SCCM, and GPO
- Manage virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Provide end-user support (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
- Train and support users on new systems and tools
