Summary NEH is an independent federal agency that supports the humanities in every state and U.S. jurisdiction. Since 1965, NEH has awarded over $6 billion to support museums, historic sites, universities, teachers, libraries, documentary filmmakers, public TV and radio stations, research institutions, scholars, and local humanities programming. Responsibilities Provides first-line help desk support for agency developed software. Serving as a help desk administrator within the NEH. Manages accounts, network rights and access to systems and equipment. Plans and schedules for the installation of new or modified hardware/software. Monitors network configurations and implement security policies for all NEH networks. Assisting the SME with Adobe cloud applications and services that will be used by the entire agency.
