Position Overview
Responsibilities - Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues including workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), Wi‑Fi systems and VPN connections to ensure maximum uptime.
- System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions and security settings within the company ecosystem.
- Hardware Management: Assist in installation, configuration and upgrading of computer components and peripherals.
- Security & Backups: Implement and monitor data backup protocols and ensure antivirus software is up to date across all systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of equipment inventory, software licenses and technical support tickets.
Education Must be a Graduate of an IT‑related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, etc.).
