The IT Solution Delivery Manager, Order to Cash, is responsible for leading business analysts and developers in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle solutions supporting customer creation, order management, and revenue recognition. This role includes managing and coaching BAs through all project phases - planning, analysis, detailed design, collaboration with development teams, testing, implementation, and transition to support. It also ensures that developers deliver solutions aligned with Oracle best practices, business requirements, and approved designs. In addition, the role provides oversight of custom capabilities, drives alignment with enterprise applications, and partners closely with business stakeholders to enable streamlined processes from customer setup through order fulfilment to revenue recognition.
