Job Description Provide reliable and efficient IT support across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office environments. Support business operations across two primary manufacturing sites and contribute to maintaining stable, secure, and high-performing IT systems.
What will you do? - Deliver IT support to internal users across manufacturing, lab, office, and warehouse environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Support production systems to ensure high availability and minimal downtime
- Perform onboarding/offboarding, including hardware setup and user readiness
- Monitor IT systems, infrastructure, and server room environment
