Support with OT related tasks in production sites
Involvement in global technical IT projects and teams
Shorter business travels can occur
Education in Information Technology and/or minimum 3 years’ experience within IT user support (PC, server, network)
Very good English and Polish language skills, both spoken and written
Strong knowledge, and support experience with Windows based client systems
Experience with support of Android based mobile devices needed
Basic knowledge in supporting Windows based servers, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP ...
