As their IT Service Desk Manager, you’ll be joining a close-knit IT team with real visibility and influence, working directly with the Head of IT and senior stakeholders. This is not a “keep the lights on” role — you’ll have the chance to shape IT services, improve how technology supports the business, and leave a clear footprint as the organisation scales.
