Position: IT Service Management Specialist
Location: Taguig City

Job responsibilities:
• Design and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide insights for IT Operations
• Work closely with ServiceNow Team to implement or update processes or controls on the ITSM Tool
• Lead initiatives and drive continuous service improvement in ITSM
• Create and review process documentations and standards for ITSM

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Information System or Engineering
• 3+ years of experience with IT Service Management or IT Service Operations
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation certification a plus
