On behalf of our industry-leading client based near Wilmslow, Cheshire, we are recruiting for an IT Service Desk Technician. As IT Service Desk Technician, you will maintain and enhance the day-to-day running of the IT estate, supporting team members and sites primarily in the UK but also across the globe.
The IT Service Desk Technician will be responsible for:
Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary business demands. Researching hardware and software technologies to decide if they offer improvements Oversee new system installation and setup and customise them for business needs.
